Review:
One
of Shaw's most famous and most often acted plays. This is
an extremely interesting piece as it pokes fun at the British
way of life, the treatment of women by their men as well as
the vagaries of the English language and society. Many of
his astute observations are still relevant to modern life
in the UK!
Readers
will note the incredibly wide range of English 'accents' as
well as colloquialisms that appear in this play.
